Zeb Stewart owns Williamsburg cool with the Hotel Delmano. Beautifully crafted space, with elegant feel, perfect for quiet meetings with friends and loved ones.

Cocktails offered are seasonal and from original recipes by the staff. For wine their is carefully curated 100 bottle wine list with a focus small artisanal producers.

Raw bar, charcuterie and cheese plates offered for small nibbles between the amazing drinks and the shockingly intelligent things your companions utter when drag them to classy joints.
