Danny Meyer shakes the burger business to shack up with Nick Anderer to create this Roman-inspired pizzeria, located at the Martha Washington Hotel. Focusing on the Italian tradition of cooking over embers, Marta features an eight foot open fire grill as well as a pair of wood-burning pizza ovens allow guests to observe this tradition of cooking “alle brace” while quaffing their beverage of choice from the comprehensive selection of Italian wines and craft beers.
