Tyson Ho brings whole-pig barbecue from North Carolina to the wilds of Bushwick with 24-hours a day of slow-smoked, stem-to-stern hog. This is New York City’s first and only joint specializing in traditional Carolina whole hog BBQ. The pigs are smoked slowly over live embers which we burn down from hardwood logs.
