They even house a world-class collection of almost 200 hundred of the finest sakes. The Cool Room keeps especially "delicate" wines—as well as their collection of organic wines—stored in a particularly coddling environment. A second-floor space features a space for classes and events, as well as for their free tastings, when a special 15% discount is given on the wine or sake of the evening.
