Chocolate and booze in the artisanal hub of Red Hook. Founded by Daniel Prieto Preston, whose family has 100 year history of farming cacao in Dominican Republic. 100% organic and 100% passion are the foundation for this business that is one of the very few chocolate companies vertically integrated from farm to finished product.

Chocolate made fresh daily, with bars in a variety of cacao percentages and styles. Booze is also on the menu with cacao-based rums and liqueurs.
