Two levels of French eating and drinking in the Carlton Hotel that aims to evoke the by-gone era of early twentieth century Paris, with a casual daytime setting and a live entertainment venue that comes to life in the evening hours.

Located near Manhattan's historic Tin Pan Alley, Salon Millesime pays homage to the neighborhood's roots by placing a strong emphasis on a music program that showcases a wide range of national and international recording artists, rising stars and DJs such as Sal Morale and Stephane Pompougnac. The Salon’s signature cocktail, Night & Day, is a take on a Manhattan and inspired by the Cole Porter song of the same name, which was also written and composed on Tin Pan Alley.
